Sutton Coldfield Town Ladies are sitting pretty at the top of the table as they look to secure the West Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Division 1 North title, but they have already claimed their first trophy thanks to Sunday’s Division 1 League Cup victory over Leek Town Ladies.

In a keenly contested final played at Stone Dominoes, Hayley’s Chatwin’s strike midway through the first half was enough to settle things in the Royals’ favour.
