Macron Store West Midlands can confirm that the Online Shops are live for all three Q3 Academies to order PE kits.
Please note that the deadline for delivery to school has now passed for all three Q3 Academy sites.
ALL ORDERS MUST NOW BE TO HOME ADDRESS.
If you select “Collect from store”, this DOES NOT mean your local uniform store – you will be required to collect your order from MacronStore West Midlands in Bromsgrove.
In line with previous guidance, orders placed now cannot be guaranteed for the start of the school year. Standard delivery is 3/4 weeks from order.
We are receiving a number of calls about sizes. We cannot advise sizes based on a child’s age, as there is such a variance. This is the reason that we held a number of sizing events at each site, where children could try on the garments. There is no refund policy on sizing once garments are embroidered.

Additional pairs of socks will be available to purchase on each of the collection days.
GENERAL NOTES
If you cannot complete an online order because your child needs some items in child sizes and some in adult sizes, please call the store on 01527-888911 between 10am and 4pm.
We strongly recommend that you attend a sizing event to ensure that you order the correct size, as refunds cannot be issued.

You cannot order in store at Bromsgrove.
After the start of term, a process will be confirmed for ordering single items from the packs.
